Majid Ejnaini

Majid began his career with ten years in major banking groups (Deutsche Bank in Paris, ING Direct and Self Trade).
Since 2002, he has carried out several IFRS changeover missions, and has studied in particular the impact of IAS 32/39.
He founded PRAXYS F.C. in 2002 and has been involved in the design and delivery of training modules on international standards (IFRS and US GAAP), on all business sectors.
He regularly works with FinHarmony on IFRS training projects, particularly on technical modules.

Deputy CFO and then CFO Europe: changeover of reporting to IFRS.

Assistant CFO. Participation in the start-up of the direct banking project: design and control of management and reporting information flows (Group and regulatory). Setting up the Management Control Department, creation and control of the Treasury Department.

In charge of Group and regulatory reporting. Participation in “Euros” missions.
Overhaul of reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, change of accounting system.
