Frédéric brings his hands-on operational experience of various finance functions acquired in a large public corporation (structured finance, internal control, implementation of SOX processes, design and coordination of management and performance reporting). He has also developed an expertise in IFRS consolidation and in the implementation of reporting and consolidation systems. This expertise has been acquired both as an external auditor and in a CAC 40 corporation.
Motivated by pedagogy and consulting at the service of operational managers, Frédéric joined FinHarmony in 2008 and, since then, he designs and delivers bespoke learning content in his fields of competence. He also supports the implementation of operational solutions through focused, advisory missions.
