Assessment introduction

  • To be effective, training actions must target the real needs of staff.
    For the action to concentrate on the most important and less known aspects, it is essential to identify those - they are not necessarily the most obvious ones.

    This assessment relies on tools such as :

    • self-appraisal quizzes,
    • questionnaires, the answers of which are centralised,
    • one-on-one talks.

    Assessment can be part of a training assignment, or can be carried out before the preparation of a manual of accounting procedures.
