Why should you attend?

During an equity restructuring, such as a Private Equity operation, specific financial instruments may be set up (e.g. hybrid financial instruments, management incentive package, …). Those financial instruments have a complex impact on the financial statements. This training enables participants to master financial communication in companies using this type of instrument.

Presentation, individual work on several practical cases, analysis of hybrid securities issued by listed companies.
