Why you should attend?

Beyond his/her own role, the Management Controller needs to learn how to expand his/her influence within the company. Once key activities are under control, such as margins and working capital, Management Controllers need to learn to interact with other corporate functions. This training helps Controllers expand their management role and extend their reach to other peripheral functions. As an informed business partner, the Management Controller will be more relevant when interacting and will have an increased impact, as a real business partner with other functions.
