The 2-day workshop is highly interactive. Each communication technique is delivered so that a concept is introduced, demonstrated, and then immediately applied through a practice activity in the classroom.
Activities combine more fun in nature, less serious topics to get participants comfortable with the new tools, then switch to real-life scenarios.
A participant manual is provided including all communication structures and concepts as well as memory cards.
