Faurecia University designs and deploys in-depth training cycles for main business lines

We have worked as project teams with experts from Faurecia to reform this overall program. We were giving our feedback on the project status to a steering committee at VP’s level.

It was the first mandate that Faurecia University entrusted to FinHarmony

Scope and Target audience

All sales représentants within the Group

Three areas : Europ, North America and Asia

One of the objectives was also to train the trainer internally to facilitate these modules

– Acquisition & Program financial

Creation of several cases studies and interactive simulation’s tools
Faclitation of pilot project and training of internal trainers

Outcomes

The program was thrown successfully in 2014 in Europ, NA and Asia
