The objectives of this training are to enable attendees to :
– Understand Moët Hennessy ‘s financial issues by acquiring a common financial
suitable knowledge base
-Identify and assess the action levers they have to grow financial performace and profitability of the Group

Day one: basis contribution around a gameboard Finharmony on financial cycle (« the path that leads from operational decisions to financial performance »)
Day two: Practical application with four quatre business cases illustrating real situations (4 modelized mini-cases)
